k + h

I can remember Kyle as "the little brother". The one who bugged the heck out of you and was
fun to tease. So when he called to tell me he was getting married, I said, well no, you can't. You are only 12!

Funny how people stay frozen in your head as the years go by.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of photographing Kyle's marriage ceremony to the beautiful and lovely Heather.

The morning seemed promising weather wise, but as the bride's arrival drew closer, the weather got worse. By the time she arrived it was snowing! Yes in the middle of March we had snow! Thankfully we were all warm inside the cozy Burnaby Lake Pavillion. Home to the Burnaby Rowing Club.

Kyle's Sister-In-Law, Amy made this cake topper. I was amazed at how much of a resemblance there was! The to-die-for lemon and caramel cupcakes were from Cupcakes!

Yes that's snow falling!

But the sun also managed to shine down on this beautiful day. So we went outside to take advantage of the beautiful scenery.

Thanks for allowing me to document your special day Kyle and Heather!
